Peterborough City Council and Hawksworth Securities PLC entered an agreement on
22 September 2020 to begin acquiring land at North Westgate, bringing momentum to this £150 million regeneration project which will deliver a new urban quarter for Peterborough.
The scheme will provide new homes, office premises, a hotel, and supporting retail, restaurant, café and leisure uses, set within extensive new public spaces and landscaping.
